equivalent to graduation) 1990 at Friedrich-Dessauer-Gymnasium,
Frankfurt a. M., Germany. Law studies at universities Frankfurt a. M.
and Passau, Germany. First federal law examination January 1995 in
Passau. Until the beginning of practical training as a lawyer academic
assistant to Prof. Dr. Jan Wilhelm and Prof. Dr. Johann Braun, Passau (programming
of the first webpages of the law faculty of Passau University). From
October 1995 practical lawyers training (two year legal training
required to serve as judge or solicitor) in Cologne, Germany. Second
federal law examination in November 1997. From January 1998 to December
1999 research assistant to
Prof. Dr. Thomas
Hoeren, Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster, Germany (EU-project
ECLIP ESPRIT EP 27028). Called to the
bar at Frankfurt a. M. in 2000. The doctoral thesis was
